A fundamental to all of our services is the need to determine the geological and geo-environmental conditions within the area of interest.  This is generally initiated by documentary research and site reconnaissance and is typically followed by dedicated intrusive investigations.  

As a specialist practice with dedicated experienced and qualified personnel, we consider that evolving an understanding of site conditions provides a good basis for effective management of our clients' aspirations for their land. However, we consider that the approach is essential and in this regard, we embrace a practical philosophy which focuses on clients needs as well as the technical issues of the project.
