Mason Evans has been involved in this development of 119 acres on the southern outskirts of Glasgow since 1998. The proposed development includes residential properties, a business park, a commercial area and a new school.

We were engaged in the investigation of site in advance of development and within the major infrastructure works required which was completed early in 2009. This included preparing and supervising remediation strategies to address issues relating to excessive gas emissions from a former landfill within the site. We also carried out supervision of earthworks within an area of thick peat deposits to allow the construction of mainline drainage and a road.

The site is now moving on to the next stage of residential and commercial development.
