Mason Evans is involved in the proposed redevelopment or relocation of Inverness College. A number of potential site options are being considered for the college and we are actively involved in the assessment of the feasibility of these options. Mason Evans are examining the ground conditions at the option sites and have prepared Phase 1 site investigation reports for these. These are being utilised in the assessment of the various options, which include city centre sites with communication and travel advantages, but which have more problematic ground conditions as a result of former usage, and greenfield sites outwith the town centre.

Mason Evans will be involved in the investigation of the preferred sites, directing ground investigations designed to fully characterise the development conditions and allow us to provide recommendations for the most cost effective and technically robust development solutions.
